We melt metals using medium-frequency crucible furnaces from INDUCTOTERM, allowing for efficient and well-controlled melting processes of our iron alloys.
Additionally, we have resistance melting furnaces from LAC and ELSKLO, which we use for melting non-ferrous metals such as copper alloys and aluminum alloys.
These modern and high-performance furnaces are essential to our production process.
Methods of Metal Modification in LKG Production:
2x 150kg - Medium-frequency crucible furnaces from INDUCTOTERM (melting iron alloys)
1x 500kg - Medium-frequency crucible furnace from INDUCTOTERM (melting iron alloys)
1x 150kg - Resistance melting furnace for Cu alloys from LAC (melting non-ferrous metals)/a>
1x 180kg - Resistance melting furnace for Al alloys from ELSKLO (melting non-ferrous metals)
Resistance melting furnace for Al alloys from ELSKLO (melting non-ferrous metals)
Bogie Hearth Furnace up to 1100°C - electric, with the option of controlled cooling inside the furnace chamber. For cast irons, we perform annealing to relieve stress, ferritization annealing, and annealing to remove cementite.
For steels, we conduct soft annealing, normalizing, quenching, and tempering.
